Super Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
Chia seed pudding is a delicious and easy breakfast meal for anyone who is on the go because it only requires you to take a few minutes to throw it all together the night before. Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk (or rice, soy, hemp, goat or cow's milk)
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup raspberries (or berries of choice)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. raw honey or agave nectar
Directions
- Place chia seeds and honey in a Tupperware container and top with your choice of milk.
- Let the dish stand at room temperature for 10 minutes
- Stir again.
- Cover and place the Tupperware dish in your refrigerator overnight (at least 6 hours)
- Garnish with berries and cinnamon before eating.

Storage: Pudding will last in the fridge for up to 3 days, so only make as much pudding as you plan to eat in that time.
