This is one of my favourite recipes because it makes a delicious meal that is quick and requires very little clean up.
It's also very versatile.
You can make the tortilla chips, or simply buy organic corn chips at the grocery store. You could also enjoy the fillings with some tomato, lettuce, green onions, green chilli's, and salsa in a burrito or taco. The sky really is the limit!
Plant-based meals are AMAZING and this recipe is a great way to experiment with vegan cuisine. I personal haven`t come across a single person who doesn't love this (the "walnut meat" is especially awesome)!
